Membership and conduct
You must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, and keep your account secure. Your username must contain letters and numbers only. You are responsible for activity through your account and for obtaining the rights and consent needed for uploaded content.
Content and community rights
You retain ownership of your content. You allow the service to store, display, resize, and watermark it for community features. This permission lasts while the content remains on the service, subject to necessary backups and legally required retention.
Moderation and access
Staff may remove content and restrict access for rule violations. Restrictions can be temporary or permanent. Only the issuing staff member, within their current permissions, or the owner can reverse a restriction; the owner has final administrative control. You may request a review through Site Help. Staff titles do not authorize anyone to disregard your legal rights.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Significant policy changes should be communicated before taking effect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
